You need carbs in order to have energy and to work out, and working out is essential to true weight loss. You need to combine a little bit of cardio with more resistance training or weight training. For the women worried about weight training making them look big and bulky, just focus on lighter weights, and more repetitions. This will help you to build lean muscle mass, burn fat, and lose weight.
