<p>The cardio is the main focus when it comes to exercise and this include loads of cardio and also a very long duration. Such cardio may make you lose lean muscle mass and make it difficult for you to get flat abs.</p>

<p>Weight training of the bad routine will be done with very light weights and the frequency is usually not often enough.</p>
